The service
TourQuester helps you draft itineraries and explore provider-reported entry requirements and routing estimates. It is a planning tool, not a travel agency, booking platform, immigration adviser or emergency service. The current preview does not sell bookings, take payments or offer paid subscriptions. There are therefore no TourQuester purchases to cancel or refund in this version. A future paid offering will disclose its pricing and purchase terms before you pay.
Using your account
Use accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials private. You must be legally able to use the service and agree to these terms under the law that applies to you. The preview is intended for adult users. You are responsible for information you submit and for obtaining any permission needed before including someone else's information.
Planning responsibly
Review our Travel information notice before relying on an itinerary. Check current requirements, availability, prices, travel advisories and accessibility directly with the relevant authorities and suppliers before booking or departure. Route and entry outputs may be incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for your circumstances. You make your own travel and booking decisions.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass usage limits, disrupt the service, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person or use shared links to disclose information without permission. Do not scrape or redistribute third-party data in a way that breaches its licence. We may limit requests or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, security or legal obligations.
Your content and third-party material
You retain your rights in content you create. You give TourQuester permission to process, store and display it as needed to provide the features you request, including a share link you choose to create. Third-party material retains its own rights and licence requirements. Keep source and attribution notices attached to exports and shared route results.
Availability and responsibility
The preview may change or be interrupted and is not guaranteed to be error-free or continuously available. Export plans you need to keep. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TourQuester does not guarantee the completeness or fitness of generated plans or third-party information. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Leaving the service and updates
You may stop using TourQuester and request deletion through Account and privacy. See the Privacy policy and Data and account controls for retention and sign-in identity limitations.
