Download or remove your plans
Sign in, open Account and privacy, and choose Download my account data to export the application's account data. Individual plans also offer supported exports. Delete plans you no longer need and revoke any share links you no longer want accessible.
Close your TourQuester account
In Account and privacy, enter the displayed confirmation phrase and choose Delete my account. This disables application access and revokes shared links. Stored trip data is scheduled for cleanup after 30 days, and account profile identifiers are scheduled for anonymisation. Backups expire separately under the 30-day backup lifecycle.
Automatic erasure of the separate Cognito sign-in identity is not yet integrated. Email info@tourquester.com for assistance with that identity or a broader privacy request. Do not assume an application deletion also removes all records held by external service providers.
Help with a request
Email info@tourquester.com from the address associated with your account where possible. Describe whether you want access, correction, deletion or another privacy action. Do not send your password or identity documents unless a necessary verification method has first been agreed. We will consider your request under the law applicable to it.
